Cut Assistant v0.9.9.4 compiled with VirtualDub 1.6.17

Cut Assistant helps cutting video files (wmv, avi), for examaple to get rid of commercials within a TV recording. It is a windows graphical user interface (GUI) for asfbin and virtualdub. With these tools it can cut videos without re-encoding. Comes with a video player. Cuts can be saved in cutlists. Cutlists can be exchanged with other users over a cutlist server. System requirements: WinXP, DirectX 9c or better, Codecs for your video files.

New in 0.9.9.4 - "prev. / next 12 frames" commands can now be called from context menu for frame samples - misc. minor bugfixes
